Things are moving in China... this week at least!

Wow! Let me repeat that... Wow! I am addicted to many, many Yahoo groups as they have provided so much information about the China adoption process. Well, one of those groups is WCC which is made up of many families in the same China adoption process as I am in though some are finished, some in the are in the middle, and some are contemplating adopting from China. Down at the bottom near the "ticker" for my documents in China I have said that there is an average 79 day wait from the time the dossier was logged in until TA. This information is a 6 month average compiled by a member of this WCC group based on other members stats (and let me just say that the person in charge of this is my hero - what a lot of work but it is thrilling to watch us move up the list!). The latest average is now 77 days but I figured I didn't need to update my stats below for just a two day difference.

However, between yesterday and today, there are at least five families who have received their travel approval remarkably fast. These families have LIDs in early March, with one on March 14. The average for the last month is closer to 50!!! All of a sudden this seems close! Wow! It really may be June travel after all! We will see if China keeps up this pace...

Here are a few pictures of the boys from Easter!
